Models come in upright, under-counter and chest styles, from a compact 100-liter unit up to 828 liters, and use hydrocarbon refrigerants. CO2 and liquid nitrogen backup systems are available for power outages. NuAire’s FAQ says the freezers last 12 to 15 years with proper maintenance, and it covers loading, defrosting and staff training.
